Patrol Leaders Council (PLC):

Once per month (see the Troop calendar) a Patrol Leaders Council is held - this usually happens instead of a regular meeting - and only the PLC members attend.

Occasionally due to scheduling/Holidays a PLC may be held on the same night as a regular Troop meeting (usually before the regular meeting).

The Patrol leaders Council is run by the Senior Patrol Leader with assistance from the Scoutmaster & ASM's attending. This is the meeting where Troop meeting activities are decided and feedback is received on what worked well and what might need to be changed. This meeting is the primary means to plan the implementation of the concept of the "Boy Run Troop". During actual Troop meetings the PLC members run the meeting - with support from the Scoutmaster and ASM's.

PLC Members:

The SPL & ASPL should attend every meeting with the ASPL running the meeting if the SPL cannot attend. The SPL is responsible for training and giving direction to all the Patrol Leaders, Guides & Den Chiefs, the ASPL is responsible for training and giving direction to the quartermaster, scribe, troop historian, librarian, and instructors.

A representative from each Patrol should attend - either the Patrol Leader OR the Assistant Patrol Leader if the PL cannot attend.

- Quartermaster - maintains and inventories troop equipment.
