Fundraising Activity Leaders:

We like to have a volunteer Fundraising Activity Leader dedicated to each of our major fundraising  events:

    - Scout-O-Rama ticket sales  
    - Honey Baked Ham sales
    - Christmas Tree Pick-Up
    - Corpus Christi Donut Sales

This allows for focused advanced planning and preparation for events, and an effective division of the total effort & responsibility for Troop fundraising. Particularly it also allows the Fundraising Coordinator to focus on overall annual activities like recruiting fundraising helpers, allocating resources to events, planning the overall fundraising & Troop budget, publicity and communications. It also provides for a good training and succession path for future Fundraising Coordinators and allows the Coordinator to support  new Activity Leaders as as required as they ramp up in their new role.
